Details Itinerary of Lower Mustang Motorbike Trip

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu

Upon arrival, you will meet our representative & transfer to the hotel. At around 3:00 pm, you will meet the Road Captain, who will introduce you to the Royal Enfield Motorcycles. Then, you’ll be briefed about the Lower Mustang Motorbike Trip and riding safely in Nepal. After the briefing ride around the city to get familiar with the motorcycles.

In the Evening around 6:00 pm, we’ll be taken to Bhojan Griha, a typical Nepali Restaurant. It is in a historical building, which was built around 100 years ago. At the eatery, you’ll have the option to either sit at the tables or to go for Nepali style floor sitting, and have your meal. A folk dance program is arranged. After the dinner, you’ll be driven to the hotel.

Day 02: Ride from Kathmandu to Pokhara

After breakfast, start our Lower Mustang Motorbike Trip. You will dodge the traffic out of the valley, just past Thankot. From here, the road twists and turns as you descend to Naubise. Then, the road becomes much wider. You will continue the ride to Mugling, the junction where the highway bifurcates Chitwan and Pokhara. Head west crossing the bridge, and follow the Marshyangdi River riding for 2 hours to reach the wonderful city of Pokhara.

 Upon arrival at Pokhara, you will check in to the hotel, and after resting for a while, you will be free to explore the lakeside.

 

Day 03: Ride from Pokhara to Tatopani.

On this day you will leave Pokhara and ride towards Beni (70 km). This section of the ride provides fantastic vistas of amazing mountains, picturesque terraced farmlands, and an opportunity to walk on one of Nepal’s famous suspension bridges.

From here it is really off-road motorcycle tours, the road is unpaved and dusty with potholes in several places. Unpaved, graveled rough road poses a real challenge for riders, and more difficult are the occasional river crossings.

As you pass from green forests to dry arid desert. You will need to acclimatize gradually with the surrounding. Continue the ride towards Jomsom through the dusty graveled off-road with the scenic views of the rugged landscape, beautiful cascading waterfalls, orange and apple orchards, scattered roadside villages and ancient Buddhist monasteries will make it ‘One Hell of a Ride’.

Day 05: Ride from Muktinath to Kalopani.

It is famous for its apple orchards and apple products. This large Thakali village exhibits the typical Thak Khola architecture of flat roofs and narrow paved alleys and passageways. Day 06: Ride from Kalopani to Pokhara.
